Shipping

We offer free shipping throughout the United States on all of our invitation sets.

Returns or Cancellations

Because all of our invitations are handmade, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds or cancellations.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping for an additional shipping fee. 

All international requests should be e-mailed prior to ordering and we will set up a customized link to include your shipping costs.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, the minimum order is 20 invitation sets. 

Custom designs and additional box color choices are available on orders of 50 plus.

 

Required Forms

Once we receive payment we will send you our required forms. 

The information Form: This form can be saved as a word document and e-mailed back to us.

Once this information is received we will begin working on your invitation wording and will e-mail it to you within 4 days of receiving this information.

You are able to make changes to the invitation’s fonts and/or wording at this time.  After production has started no other changes will be accepted.

The Terms of Service Form: This form should be printed out and mailed or faxed to our office.  (You should save a copy for your personal records.)

 Invitation production will not begin until the signed Terms of Service form is received. 

 

Invitation Completion

Invitation completion ranges from 4-12 weeks depending on the complexity of the order, after the wording is approved.
